1. El servicio

COI Tracker Pro (el "Servicio") es una herramienta en línea para registrar certificados de seguro (ACORD 25) de contratistas y suplidores, calcular fechas de vencimiento y compararlos con los límites mínimos que usted configura. El Servicio lo opera COI Tracker Pro.

2. Herramienta de organización, no asesoría

El Servicio es únicamente una herramienta de organización. No constituye asesoría de seguros, legal, contributiva ni profesional, y no puede verificar que un certificado sea auténtico ni que una póliza esté vigente. Confirme sus requisitos de cobertura y cada certificado con su corredor de seguros, la aseguradora o su abogado. Usted es responsable de las decisiones que tome con base en la información del Servicio.

3. Cuenta y uso aceptable

Usted es responsable de la actividad en su organización y de mantener su correo de acceso seguro. No utilice el Servicio para fines ilegales, para cargar contenido malicioso ni para intentar acceder a datos de otras organizaciones.

4. Suscripción y pagos

Las suscripciones se cobran mensualmente mediante Stripe. Puede cancelar en cualquier momento desde Configuración › Facturación; el acceso de edición continúa hasta el final del período pagado y luego la cuenta pasa a modo de solo lectura. El período de prueba gratis no requiere tarjeta. No se emiten reembolsos por períodos parciales, salvo donde la ley lo exija.

5. Sus datos

Usted conserva la propiedad de los datos que carga. Puede exportarlos en cualquier momento (CSV/JSON). Podemos eliminar cuentas inactivas y canceladas después de 12 meses previo aviso por correo.

6. Disponibilidad y limitación de responsabilidad

El Servicio se ofrece "tal cual". No garantizamos que los recordatorios se entreguen sin interrupción (dependen de proveedores de correo y de la exactitud de las fechas que usted registra). En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, la responsabilidad total de COI Tracker Pro se limita al monto pagado por el Servicio en los 12 meses anteriores.

1. The service

COI Tracker Pro (the "Service") is an online tool to log vendor and subcontractor certificates of insurance (ACORD 25), compute expiration dates and compare them with the minimum limits you configure. The Service is operated by COI Tracker Pro.

2. Organizational tool, not advice

The Service is an organizational tool only. It does not constitute insurance, legal, tax or professional advice, and it cannot verify that a certificate is genuine or that a policy is in force. Confirm your coverage requirements and each certificate with your insurance broker, the issuing carrier or your attorney. You are responsible for decisions made using information from the Service.

3. Account and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity within your organization and for keeping your sign-in email secure. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to upload malicious content, or to attempt to access other organizations' data.

4. Subscription and payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings › Billing; editing access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the account becomes read-only. The free trial does not require a card. No refunds are issued for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you upload. You can export it at any time (CSV/JSON). We may delete inactive, canceled accounts after 12 months with prior email notice.

6. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of reminders (they depend on email providers and on the accuracy of the dates you enter). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of COI Tracker Pro is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the application.
